The dictionary defines an amenity as “a desirable or useful feature or facility of a building or place.”  Cool …  we got lots of those!

Common Area:  These areas are generally available for everybody

Exercise Area:  Just ’cause you’re relaxing doesn’t mean you hafta forget about lookin’ good!

and Relax Outside:  The view and areas to get you out of the house, enjoying nature.
