About Us

A Big Welcome from Oma and Opa!*

*otherwise known as Pam and Doug

We’re hoping that when we open our home to serve others that we’ll make new friends.

Just be warned … We may use our guests to try out new recipes!

Oh, and “Where did the name “Cedar Lane” come from?” you ask?

The inspiration came from the cedar trees planted along our roadway.   These trees, which date back to the 1930’s were planted  to commemorate the Oregon and California Trails which crossed just south of our home.  We like to think that this area has a long history of welcoming travelers who need a comforting place to stay before they continue their journeys.
